Reservation Policy
1. Valid ID card with address proof (Govt approved) is mandatory to check-in to Resort for all occupants/entrants.
2. A full deposit of the total room cost including taxes is required to secure your reservation. Once the booking has been processed, you will receive a Reservation Confirmation email that outlines a summary of your booking. Please review the information carefully and contact us if you have any questions or require any changes. This email will also include important information that we urge you to read to ensure your travel to Shivirama is free of any issues.
3. Within the tent type of your choice, the exact tent you will have is a surprise. The exact choice of tent will be subject to availability and will require a day’s advance notice.
4. The hotel endeavors to offer the same high quality facilities to our less able bodied guests. Where possible, special facilities include spacious and open bathrooms. Guide dogs are welcome in our hotel. Please check with the resort if you have any special requirements. We will do our best to accommodate your wishes.
5. Children under the age of 8 years are permitted to stay in the hotel with no additional charges. However, children above 8 are considered as guests and will incur extra person charges too.
6. Pets are not permitted in the restaurant.
7. We recommend that all of our guests purchase Travel Insurance, which is generally inexpensive, but can really save a lot of emotional distress if an unforeseen event occurs.
8. Late Check-out is subject to availability and additional charge for a day as per Resort Price.
9. Any extra consumption/usage/service like laundry, telephone, Ayurvedic Spa,printing, & browsing will be charged as per Resort price.
10. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
11. Please review our Cancellation Policy too. Securing your reservation means you accept the terms of our Cancellation Policy.
Liability
royalcarsndriver.com its employees shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with:
1. Any delays or cancellations. In the event of a traveler becoming ill during a vacation, or having to cut their vacation short, all hospital and medical expenses are the traveler’s responsibility.
2. Monetary crises, social unrest, political or labor problems, economic changes, electrical outages due to weather, mechanical maintenance or construction difficulties, for any claims, losses, damages, costs, expenses, delays or loss of enjoyment, of any nature or kind whatsoever resulting from events beyond our or a supplier’s reasonable control, including but not limited to acts of Nature (cyclones, mudslides, earthquakes), flight cancellations or changes, strikes, weather conditions, diseases or epidemics/pandemics, novel or unexpected conditions and local laws.
3. Absence of travel documents, visas, passports, health certificates where required.
4. Loss of items incurred when rooms are not locked.
5. Shivirama shall not liable for any damages caused mentally or physically as a result of, or in connection with the change or cancellation on any of the services, activities, menus, schedules, special promotions advertised or promoted by any means.
CANCELLAtion Policy
Cancellations made 30 days or more prior to arrival date: Full refund.
Cancellations made between 30 and 15 days prior to arrival date: Refund of 70% of the deposit.
Cancellations made between 15 and 7 days prior to arrival date: Refund of 50% of the deposit.
Cancellations made 7 days or less prior to arrival date: No refund.
1. We do not issue refunds or credits for flight cancellations, due to any circumstances. We advise you to buy a Travel Insurance to protect against flight cancellations.
2. Any changes to your reservation must be received no less than 10 days prior to your original arrival date via email and/or phone. The changes are subject to availability. There are no refunds or credits issued for reservation changes within 15 days of the arrival date that reduce the number of nights stayed.
3. There are no refunds or credits issued for early checkouts.
4. There are no refunds or credits issued due to bad weather, including any inconvenience or complication caused.
5. Please remember that deposits are non-refundable for reservations made for Holiday season, with stay dates included the following date range: Dec 24 and Jan 5 included.
